Generally we request any custom text and/or images that you would like on your banner. Additionally, you may include fonts, colors, or logos to help further your satisfaction. The more information you give us, the better.

Not at all. Our designers will be happy to select suitable images to match the theme of your banner. However, it will help us greatly if you would tell us the types of images you would like us to use.

Absolutely. We allow adult orders at the same price, with the assumption that all content is legal.

Absolutely. We allow up to 5 free revisions. If you are still not satisfied, we'll refund your money - no questions asked. However, changes pertaining to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text is not supported and will be treated as a new banner.

We deliver the banner in .GIF format, so unfortunately you will not be able to modify your banner. However, for an additional fee of $5/each, we will send you the source file in .PSD format which will allow you to modify your banner to your liking.
